JV Giveaways are one easy & quick way to start building your list. Simply join as a JV Contributor to the event, submit your free gift, promote the event and grow your list.

Thousands of people join these events, as members, looking for a range of free products. If you haven't used this avenue to build your list before, I would recommend giving it a try.

Be prepared before signing up as a contributor. Have your product and webpages ready to enter into the event. The signup page should include any other offers. Just a few points about your gift/product and a signup form linked to your autoresponder. Remember, the gift you display in the event is what they are after, not being offered other things at this point.
Including a picture of your gift has also been noted to increase signups. A jpeg format is best, as it works on all the various giveaway scripts in use.

You will need the website urls to your signup page and your download page. You can add offers to you download page but remember that they are now On your list, so keep this simple rather than drown them in offers or sales promotions.

Nearly all give away events offer an upgrade to it's contributors. This will allow you, the contributor, to add additional gifts and build more lists. Plus one time offers to be displayed to everyone entering the giveaway event. One time offers are a great source of additional sales, and if setup correctly, can get you your upgrade fee plus a profit. In some events, text ads accompany the upgraded status as well, whereby, you are allowed to enter a certain number of these ads which can bring in additional sales or signups.
